Services and Fees

Long-term Placements

Our long-term placements include both full-time and part-time live out nannies. To help you better understand the difference, we have included the following table:

  • We require candidates to receive a salary of between $23 and $35 an hour
  • We require candidates to work a minimum of 25 hours per week guaranteed
  • Scheduling may vary depending on nanny availability
  • As with full-time nannies, part-time nannies are to also be paid legally as W-2 employees
  • As with full-time employment, you must determine what benefits you wish to provide. We recommend the following benefits for part-time nannies:
    • Paid Vacations
    • Paid Holidays
    • Paid Sick Days
  • We require candidates to receive a salary of between $23 and $35 an hour
  • Typically, these caregivers work 40 to 55 hours per week guaranteed and includes overtime
  • They are normally scheduled to work Monday through Friday, but may work other days if circumstances require
  • These Nannies are to be paid legally or “on the books” as a W-2 employee. Please note: It is illegal to hire a Nanny as an independent contractor! For more information, refer to the IRS Household Employer’s Tax Guide
  • Decide what benefits you would like to offer your nanny. While not required, many families contribute to, or pay in full, the costs of their nanny’s health insurance. If health insurance is not an option, consider these:
      • Paid Vacations
      • Paid Holidays
      • Paid Sick Days
      • Work-related Mileage Reimbursement (For more information click here)
      • Automobile Insurance
      • Meals
