Services and Fees

Permanent Placements

Our permanent placements include both full-time and part-time live out nannies. To help you better understand the difference, we have included the following table:

  • We require candidates to receive a salary of between $20 and $35 an hour

  • Typically, these caregivers work 40 to 55 hours per week guaranteed and includes overtime
  • They are normally scheduled to work Monday through Friday, but may work other days if circumstances require
  • These Nannies are to be paid legally or “on the books” as a W-2 employee. Please note: It is illegal to hire a Nanny as an independent contractor!
  • While not required, many families contribute to, or pay in full, the costs of their nanny’s health insurance.
  • We require candidates to receive a salary of between $20 and $35 an hour

  • Typically, these caregivers work 15 to 25 hours per week guaranteed
  • Scheduling may vary depending on nanny availability
  • As with full-time nannies, part-time nannies are to also be paid legally as W-2 employees
  • While it is not required, health insurance would be beneficial to the nanny

Part-time Nannies have the same responsibilities as full-time Nannies.

Permanent Placement Fees

These are the fees associated with our permanent placement services. Please refer to the section below for details.

Application Fee

In addition to the registration fee, clients will also be charged a 65-dollar application fee. The application fee must be paid in full before we can begin our search.

Registration Fee

To begin the search for a long-term childcare provider, a registration fee of $375 is required. This fee covers administrative costs associated with the search process. Payment of this fee is non-refundable and must be made at the time of submission of your agency documents. Our minimum commitment for permanent placements is one year.

Nanny Placement Fee

This is the final step in the placement process. As per our agreement, the agency will receive a percentage of the candidates’ annual salary. We’ll process this payment after you’ve signed the work offer agreement. See the table below for more information regarding our permanent placement packages.

Note: Once the registration fee has been received, a portion will be applied to the final placement fee
