Setting up your Nanny Match Profile

Families will receive instructions on how to set up their profile in a separate link. Once your profile is created, you will have access to your to-do lists, booking requests, and candidate profiles.

The following documents must be submitted in order to move forward with the candidate selection process:

  • Family Application along with our application fee
  • Nanny Match Agency-Client Contract
  • Fair Credit Authorization Request
  • Payment Authorization Request
  • One-Time Annual Registration Fee

Please note: Our application fee is non-refundable, as is the registration fee. The payment of these fees does not guarantee advancement in our placement process. Whether you move forward in the selection process depends on the outcome of your background investigation. The purpose of this is to ensure the well-being of both clients and candidates. For information on our prices and fees, please see our pricing and service page.

Once you’ve submitted the agency forms and we’ve received your payment, we’ll begin the candidate search. Our team will then compile several candidate profiles, based on the information gathered during the consultation.

As part of the selection process, all applicants have undergone an extensive interviewing process, a criminal background investigation, and reference checks.

Once a client has been approved by the agency and a satisfactory background report is provided, he or she may start the interview process. Each family is responsible for conducting its own interview process based on the availability of all parties; Nanny Match provides clients with a personalized checklist prior to the meeting.

Once a client has selected their ideal candidate, both parties will sign a work offer agreement. A template of this document will be sent out to the client. Please keep in mind that the agency is to receive a copy of this document.

As a courtesy to our clients, we provide a complimentary trial period to all members of our agency. Trial periods may last up to 5 days and is usually scheduled two weeks prior to the candidate’s start date.  Please note that candidates will be paid during the trial period.

This is the final step in the placement process. As per our agreement, the agency will receive a percentage of the candidates’ annual salary. We’ll process this payment after you’ve signed the work offer agreement.

Remember, we are here to assist you at each stage of the placement process. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
