No, you do not have to be a Christian to join Nanny Match.
What are the fees associated with your agency?
There are three primary fees that each client is responsible for paying. Those fees include:
- A registration fee of $375 that is due at the time you submit your application
- An application fee of $65
- A final agency placement fee.

How much should I expect to pay my caregiver per hour?
In the state of Pennsylvania, the average Nanny salary can range between $20-$35+ per hour. Please refer to the International Nanny Association’s Salary and Benefit Survey here.
Do you conduct background checks on your caregivers?
Yes, it is a requirement of our agency that all caregivers applying for employment with us must undergo the following screening procedures:

✔ County of Residence Criminal Search
✔ Multijurisdictional Residency History
✔ Social Security Alert
✔ 10 Panel Urine Drug Test
✔ Reference Checks
✔ Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Check

As a client, am I subject to a background check?
Yes, as part of the Nanny Match selection process, all clients are required to undergo a criminal background check.
How long does it take to find a caregiver?
To ensure that we select only the most qualified candidates, it may take anywhere between two and six weeks to thoroughly screen and select an applicant.
What areas do you service?
At the present time, Nanny Match provides services in the following counties: Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, and Bucks.
