We are delighted to have you, and we appreciate you taking the time to visit us. Our team understands how difficult it can be to select the right caregiver to represent your ministry. For this reason, we would like to relieve you of this burden. Whether you need recurring Sunday sitters or an extra hand for Wednesday night Bible study, we hope to be a blessing to your congregation.

Application
To begin, Churches must first complete our application. Upon completing this form, you will be provided with a private link to schedule your consultation.
Consultation
Here, we take the time to understand the unique needs and preferences of your congregation, so that we can provide you with the best care possible. Consultations are free, and no charges will be incurred by your church.
Registration
As part of the registration process, a one-time registration fee of $175.00 must be paid. By paying this fee, you will be granted access to the agency’s pool of qualified candidates for a period of one year. We will also provide you with a copy of our church agreement, which you will be able to view and sign.
Booking
Once your registration is complete, you will be provided with a welcome packet and instructions on how to book a sitter. To learn more about the booking fee per nanny, please refer to our FAQ below.

What is the screening process for candidates?
Choosing highly qualified candidates is a very important part of our recruiting process at Nanny Match, LLC. It is our policy to conduct a thorough evaluation of each candidate before allowing them to serve in your congregation. In order to provide our clients with the highest quality screening services, Nanny Match, LLC is partnering with Castle Branch. Castle Branch is accredited by the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), which is widely recognized as the gold standard for background screening. As part of the screening process, all candidates must pass the following screening criteria:
National Record Indicator and Sex Offender Registry
PA Child Abuse History Clearance
County Criminal Search
Multijurisdictional Residency History
Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Check
Social Security Alert

What are the fees associated with your agency?
For new clients, there is an annual registration fee of $175.00
Our pricing is determined by the number of caregivers needed. We apply a daily flat booking fee of $35 per caregiver per day. Additionally, there is a flat hourly fee structure:

What is included in the registration fee?
- One year of access to Nanny Match candidates

- Candidates that have been thoroughly screened and vetted
- A private scheduling link is available for virtual consultations
When will I be charged the booking fee?
When you log into your dashboard and complete a booking request, you will receive an invoice that is due upon receipt.
Do you conduct background checks on your caregivers?
Yes, it is a requirement of our agency that all caregivers applying for employment with us must undergo the following screening procedures:

How much should I expect to pay my caregiver per hour?
A minimum of $20 per hour should be paid to caregivers.
