Fill out an application
To begin, click on the “Get Started” button at the bottom of this page. From here, you will be redirected to our candidate application.
Phone Interview
Following the submission of your inquiry form, we will arrange for a private consultation over the telephone with you.
During this session, we will discuss your inquiry submission, so we encourage you to ask as many questions as you wish. We will provide you with a letter of determination within a few days.
Submit Documents
After a candidate has been approved, you will receive our Pre-Employment Background Check Authorization Form and a Reference Authorization Form. This document must be completed in its entirety.
Candidate Verification
In Step 3, you were required to complete two authorization forms: the FCRA Authorization, and the Reference Authorization form. The FCRA form authorizes the agency to conduct a background investigation. In the event that the results are satisfactory, we will schedule a virtual interview.
Candidate selection
Following the virtual interview, an official letter of acceptance will be sent to the candidates accepted into the agency. Upon joining the Nanny Match family, you will also receive our agency’s welcome packet. Following this, placements can begin.
